It really broke my heart. She had no money, had scraped for a year to come up with $500, bought the site and didn't understand why she wasn't making any money. She called me because at the time, I was managing one of the programs that was packaged into the mall. I tried calling the turnkey shopping mall folks, and by that point, they had already disconnected their telephone. It's so sad to see how people prey on the unsuspecting.
